Description

CD A Shakespeare Fantasy Marina Venant

Le Concert de l'Hostel Dieu is composed by an oratorio choir of a remarkable level, a Vocal work-shop of young professional singers and an orchestra playing ancient instruments. Dedicated most of its time to the interpretation of the sacred baroque repertoire it also performs lyric and chamber music programs.

Every year since 1992, Le Concert de l'Hostel Dieu under the direction of its conductor, Franck-Emmanuel Comte, presents its work in Lyon, in the thematic music season of the ensemble, which brings together an audience of around 7 000 amateurs.
