4. Promotional codes, gift certificate and wishlist
YOUR ORDER:
How to search for a product?
There are several ways to search for a product on our web store
- On the homepage, you access to new releases, current best sellers, but also our selected special offers via our promotional banners.
- Use the menu to browse labels, musical genres and sub genres. On the menu you will also find our current special offers section that includes reduced products.
- The Search bar is located on the top right of every page.
Click on the advanced search to access the advanced search section.
This page will help you search for more specific requirements. Any combination of criteria can be used: composer, title , label, release date, price, main artist, catalog id...
Do not forget our featured products: new releases on the homepage banners, special offers and our daily FLASH Sale, with CDs at 20% off every day.
How to order ?
To add a product to your basket, click on the basket pic 
located under the products.
By clicking on a cover, you will be redirected to the product page, where you will find more information such as:
- a complete description
- the tracklisting+ Sound excerpts. To listen to a track, just click on the music player below the track.
- Complete artists and composer lists
- press reviews if available
- technical comments
Click on the "buy now" button to add it to your basket.
Once on the basket page, you will find:
- a recap of the products added to your basket : name, quantity ordered, availability and price. The total amount (excluding shipping costs) is indicated at the bottom of the page.
- a field to enter your coupon code if you have one
- a shipping estimate function to get a quote about the price of the delivery fees
Once you have finishing reviewing your order, you can click on the red button "Proceed to checkout":
Why do I need to create an account on the harmonia mundi webstore?
Creating an account offers you access to a personnal dashboard.
Your account will enable you to:
- Memorize your address list so that you will only have to type it once.
- Stock as many adresses as you want (office address, personnal address...)
- Create a wishlist
- Send your favorites products and musical recommandations to your friends
- Track the delivery of your orders
- Print your invoices as many times as you want

2. SHIPMENT:
Expected delivery time
We process orders within 1 business day.
All shipments are sent either via French Mail or Fedex (10-45 business days). Generally observed shipment are 3 days (Europe) 10 days (USA, Asia) and 20 days for Australia and South America.
How to track my order ?
You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. This notification will include pertinent details about your shipment, including carrier service and tracking number if applicable.
You also have access to this information when logging into your account.
Changed your mind ?
If you changed your mind regarding your purchase and the merchandise is unopened, you can return it to us so that we can reimburse your order. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.

3. PAYMENT
Payment methods
The Harmonia mundi Store accepts two payment methods.
1- Credit Cards : we accept Visa, Carte Bleue and MasterCard.
2 - Paypal:
- If you already have a Paypal account: Simply click on the PayPal checkout button, log in to your PayPal account, and select your preferred payment method. Once you completed the payment, you will be redirected to the harmonia mundi store to have a final check on your order.
- If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be automatically redirected to a secure page in eBay checkout where you can enter your credit card information. When you're done, you'll have the option of saving your credit card details with PayPal by creating a PayPal account.
Pleas note that we do not accept payment per check for the moment.
Security
We use the SIPS/ATOS payment system that has been awarded Level 1 certification under Visa and MasterCard’s Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) for its European SIPS secure payment platform.
We are dedicated to assuring that:

All purchases paid via PayPal at the harmonia mundi store are automatically eligible for Paypal Buyer Protection and are covered against fraud for the full purchase price of your order.
4. PROMO CODES, GIFT CERTIFICATE AND WISHLIST:
How to use a gift certificate or a coupon code ?
The promo field is located on the basket page after the summary of your basket. In order to use your gift certifictate or coupon code, enter it in the dedicated field:
Please be careful when entering your code as it is case sensitive (it makes a difference between UPPER and lower case letters), so remember to enter it exactly the same way you received it.
By clicking on "Apply coupon", the amount of your discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.
You can then click on the proceed to checkout button to go on the checkout page.
Be reassured if you forgot to apply your coupon code before the checkout page, as you will find a reminder at the last step of the process.
Your wishlist
At any time, you have the ability to add products to your wishlist by clicking on the add to wishlist button.
Once in your wishlist, products are immediately available for future orders when logging to your account. You will also be able to add notes and comments, and send them to your friend.
