Description

CD Sonatas for violin & harpsichord Florian Deuter

Probably written in Köthen between 1718 and 1722, these sonatas realize a completed synthesis between severe style of the German music and the flexible and melodic writing of the Italian music. The harpsichord has a dialogue from equal to equal with the violin in a permanent exchange between both instruments.
